Poplar Burl Longboard

Sometimes when you make something for yourself, you get asked to make one for someone else…which is AMAZING! So when I was making my longboard I was asked to make another longboard out of Poplar Burl. Knowing that the burl was not quite strong and stable enough I added a Black Walnut center spine for some added strength and a nice two tone look!
My friend painted the designs, skulls and mushrooms and then everything was sealed in epoxy to keep it safe!
