Trident Knife
A buddy made this amazing knife in one of those weekend knife making classes. For a weekend I think the knife he made turned out AMAZING! I believe he even brought his own scales to the class so he could have an even better handle than the ones supplied at the class. Now the thing that doesn’t turn out too well at these classes is the leather sheaths…so enter Hew!
My buddy wanted the sheath to be versatile so he could strap it to his hiking backpack or wear it on a belt, and he needed to have the Trident, so that’s exactly what I did. The knife can be mounted on a belt horizontally by the snap strap, or vertically on a backpack strap. You can also take out the snap strap and thread your belt through the loop and have the knife on your hip vertically. It’s always good to have a few different carrying options as you never know what you’ll encounter in the wild!
Front is made from Vegtan leather, the back and strap are water buffalo with brushed brass hardware. Finished with Leather Balm with Atom Wax
